Core (old unit) returns are the responsibility of the customer, Bostech offers a return label for the return of your cores on the product pages. Cores must be in rebuildable condition to receive credit, cores returned that are disassembled, cracked, broken, burnt, or extremely rusty will not be accepted. Cores MUST be the same as the unit sold (like for like). Please see our "Core Policy" link at the bottom of the page for more details.
Bostech / BT-Power's 13-Month Unlimited Mileage Warranty. Our warranty covers product replacement for material and/or workmanship defects up to 13-months from the product purchase date.
