- How it Works:
- The Bosch 0 281 006 928 measures the fuel pressure within the high-pressure rail system. The sensor transmits the pressure values to the Engine Control Unit - ECU, which regulates the fuel system pressure and injector operation. This ensures correct fuel delivery to the engine for optimal combustion, horsepower, and fuel efficiency.
- Installation Note:
- Only use a six-point socket when tightening the fuel pressure sensor.
- Lubricate sensor threads with clean diesel fuel.
- Sensor installation torque - 35N-m (26 ft. lbs)
