Policies & Procedures


  • Orders over $149 will be subject to free economy shipping.
    • Exclusions Apply: Turbochargers are flat shipping rate.
      • Ground Shipping on Turbochargers $50.00
      • Next Day Air Shipping on Turbochargers $150.00
  • Orders placed on in-stock items before 3pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped the same day. (Transaction must be completed & verified)
  • Due to growing online fraudulent activity, Bostech has taken the following steps:
    • Orders over $1000.00 will require a signature upon delivery unless arrangements are made through customer service.
    • Orders having different “Bill To” and “Ship To” information the order will need to be verified by calling our customer service department.

Returns: (new/general)

  • New returns will not be accepted after 30 days.
  • All returns must be in the original packaging in new condition.
    • Electronics must be in sealed packaging, not opened.
  • All returns must have a RMA (return authorization) number attached, provided by Bostech’s Customer Care Department
  • All returns should include a copy of the receipt and the RMA number clearly marked in the return.
  • All Returns will be subject to a 15%-25% restocking fee depending on the manufacturer, or unless special considerations have been applied.
  • Customer is 100% responsible for all shipping costs on return items. If you return an item and did not pay shipping costs, the original cost incurred by Bostech will be deducted from your refund.
  • Return credit will be issued after the product has been inspected and found to be in new condition.
  • Returns which have been refused by the customer or cancelled after the product has been shipped will be subject to the above restocking and shipping cost deduction from the credit given.
  • Non-Valid Return:
    • Product which has been installed or used.
    • Product damaged attempting to install or use.
    • Product shipped back not in the original box or packaging.
    • Electrical products with broken seals, open packages (sensors, modules, actuator, solenoids, etc.).
    • Product deemed not resalable due to the customer’s actions.


  • Product warranties start on the date of purchase.
  • Any product carrying a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through the respective manufacture following that manufacturer’s warranty procedures.
  • Installed products such as Turbochargers, Injectors, injection pumps, oil pumps, must be removed and shipped to the respective manufacturer for inspection before replacement can be shipped. Bostech will facilitate the warranty process.
  • Returned warranty products which have been determined by the manufacturer to be working properly or product failure is not covered by the manufacturer will not be subject to replacement or credit.
  • Warranty credit or product replacement is the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • Labor time is at the discretion of the manufacturer.

Damaged Products:

  • If your product has been damaged in shipping, please contact Bostech Customer Care. Do not install product unless instructed by Bostech. Bostech will handle shipping of replacement product.
  • In order to process a damaged claim with shipper Bostech may need pictures of the product and packaging as it was received.


  • Core returns are 100% the responsibility of the customer.
    • Bostech does give an option to purchase a return label during the time of product purchase to ease the process. Core return labels purchased are emailed to the customer per the email address provided.
  • Make sure all fluids are drained from the returned item.
  • Make sure to properly package and seal, cores lost in shipping due to improper packaging will not be credited.
  • Cores damaged in shipping due to improper packaging will be subject to deductions or denied core credit.
  • Cores must be returned within 90 days to receive credit. Cores returned after the 90 day from purchase period will be credited at the discretion of the manufacturer.
  • Core credits are NOT guaranteed.
  • Non-accepted Cores:
    • Burnt
    • Water Damaged
    • Missing Parts
    • Disassembled
    • Broken
    • Damaged Connectors


  • New Return credits will be issued once items returned have been inspected, estimated 2 weekdays.
  • Core return credits will be issued once items returned have been inspected, estimated 3 weekdays.
  • Warranty replacements / credits will be issued within the timeframe given by the manufacturer.
