All products that are in question of Warranty must be returned shipping prepaid to Bostech in which will handle submitting the warranty to XDP. All warranty returns must be accompanied by a dated proof of purchase receipt and a Return Authorized number (RMA number) given by our Customer Service team member. Warranty is limited to the original purchaser.
